Where am I going to find the money for fund my project / business?
This is by far the most often asked question I get when I talk to people who are thinking of starting their own business
The answer is quit simple. One of the ways is through the networking contacts of PropertyInvesting.co.za. We know private investors that have additional money which are not necessarily being utilized to its full potential. These people have what is commonly called “venture capital”.
What it simply means is that it is possible to access funds that do not necessarily have to come from a bank. The right idea always finds money.
PropertyInvesting.co.za, through our parent company called Casaline Investments, will assist you, the would be entrepreneur, in establishing a viable and profitable operation.
So, Casaline Investments, through the Business Entrepreneurship programme, will help you to structure your business by showing you how to put the right business structures in place in order for you to be successful in your business.
Make your next property purchase a Customized Limited Edition
Most people I speak to do not realize that you can customize any property transaction to suit your specific needs. Even a seemingly straight forward purchase of a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhouse can be customized to make it a deal you are willing to live with. Anything and everything can be changed.
People do it with the purchase of cars all the time. They add mag wheels, sound systems that will blast your ears off, they lower or raise the suspension, choose the colour of the seats, they fit a custom designed gear shift , they change the foot pedals and much much more. You would normally also fight hard negotiating the price of the trade in and the finance conditions. Why not do the same with your property purchase?
Did you know that you can change the deal even if there is an estate agent involved? People do not change a deal to suite themselves because they have accepted they cannot change anything.
How would you like to learn how to customize your deals to suite you? PropertyInvesting.co.za can assist with this. We have developed a personal mentoring programme. Like anything else, people want and need individual attention when it comes to their property purchases.
When you are looking to investigate or commit to a specific property, it always helps to ask the right questions and to clarify them for yourself.
When people make use of our consulting services, it is always emphasised that it is your money. Therefore we as the consultants are obligated to point out the good, the bad and the ugly regarding your potential property investment deal. The only surprise we believe you would want when it comes to your money, is to find out you actually have more than you bargained for.
One of the best ways that we demonstrate this is by asking our clients to answer the following question when any deal is evaluated: "Who is making the money?"
Think about that question for just one minute...
When you are looking at a potential investment property, ask yourself the same question: "Who is making the money?"
The first answer normally comes back as:
The sales agent selling me the property.
Then after a short while, the second answer follows as:
The seller of the property.
Most investors only now start to think that they themselves, might be in a position to make money from the transaction. This is then to say that you are third in line from profiting from the transaction, only after the agent and the seller has made their money.
If you are unsure of whether or not your current investment property or a potential deal is going to be profitable for you, then this personal mentoring programme is most definitely exactly what you need.
The cost for taking part in the personal mentoring programme is only R385 per module. This is a small investment if you consider the value and the potential profit you can make from finding and structuring your perfect deal and also avoiding costly mistakes. If you whish to unsubcribe from the programme, you may do so at any time.
